Quality Control of Programs

GED undertakes a review and evaluation of all programs on behalf of our client institutions. This process involves obtaining critical reviews from participants, the client's program leaders and GED's program managers.

The evaluation questionnaire provided to group participants solicits feedback on:

  • the performance of each member of the teaching staff;
  • the performance of each member of the support staff;
  • the quality of attention to participants' personal welfare needs;
  • the standards of teaching and living accommodation facilities;
  • the quality of catering facilities and service;
  • the quality of facilities and performance of transport services; and
  • the success of the program in meeting participants' educational and other personal objectives.

At the end of a program, a detailed review is conducted jointly by GED staff and the client's faculty program leader. Improvements that are indicated in this review and the participants' evaluations are then taken into consideration for the planning of future programs.
